এক্সিম ব্যাংকের ভিসা ক্রেডিট/ ভিসা প্রিপেইড কার্ড এর পিন তৈরির জন্য নিচের পদ্ধতি গুলো অনুসরণীয়:
EXIM Bank VISA Credit/ VISA Prepaid Card PIN Generation requirements:

	আপনার হাতে একটি নিয়মিত় ক্রেডিট/প্রিপেইড কার্ড থাকতে হবে। You must have a regular Credit / Prepaid Card on your hand.

	OTP পাওয়ার জন্য আপনার মোবাইল নম্বর নিবন্ধিত থাকতে হবে। You have registered Mobile Number with you to receive OTP (One Time Password).

	আপনার PIN/OTP কারো সাথে শেয়ার করবেন না। Do not share your PIN/OTP with anyone.

	যদি আপনার উপরের সমস্ত কিছু ঠিক থাকে, তবে নিশ্চিত বাটন টি ক্লিক করুন। If you have all the above requirements then click the Confirm Button.

General Instructions:

	যদি আপনার কার্ডটি সক্রিয় না থাকে , তবে প্রথমেই কার্ডটি সক্রিয় করে নিন। If your card is not activated, follow the instructions to activate it first.

	সফলভাবে সক্রিয় হলে আপনি তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে আপনার ব্রাউজারের স্ক্রিনে একটি নিশ্চিতকরণ বার্তা পাবেন। তারপর, প্রথমবারের জন্য আপনার কার্ডের একটি পিন তৈরিতে এগিয়ে যান। Upon successful activation, you will instantly receive a confirmation notification on your browser screen. Then, proceed to generate a new PIN of your card for the first time.

	কাঙ্খিত পিন অবশ্যই ৪ সংখ্যার হতে হবে এবং কোনভাবেই প্রথম সংখ্যা "শূণ্য" হতে পারবে না। The desired PIN must be a 4-digit numeric code. The first digit cannot be "0" (Zero).

	নিশ্চিত করুন যে আপনি যে মোবাইল নম্বর বা ইমেইল প্রদান করেছেন, তা আপনার কার্ডের সাথে নিবন্ধিত। Ensure that the mobile number or email provided is registered with your card.

	আপনার পিন পুনরায় ইস্যু বা পরিবর্তন করতে হলে, কার্ডটি অবশ্যই সক্রিয় বা নিয়মিত অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে। পিন পুনরায় ইস্যুর জন্য চার্জ প্রযোজ্য। Your card must be in Active/Regular status to reissue / change your PIN. Charge applicable for reissue PIN.

	এক্সিম ব্যাংক ভিসা কার্ডের পিন শুধুমাত্র "eximgpin.qcashbd.com" ওয়েবসাইট থেকেই পরিবর্তন করা যাবে। EXIM Bank VISA Card PIN can only be changed at eximgpin.qcashbd.com.
